WHOLESALE & ECOMMERCE SALES EXECUTIVE


With an established wholesale business in furniture and fashion, as well as a growing direct to consumer business, we are looking for an energetic and driven sales assistant to support across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for design, be proactive and flexible, and have a creative problem solving mindset alongside excellent organisational skills. This is an exciting and varied role with room for growth within our tight-knit team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fashion

  • Work with sales team to set up and run the Collection sales appointments; including preparing the showroom, scheduling appointments and preparing and uploading relevant sales materials
  • Be responsible for excellent customer service for all wholesale customers. Input wholesale orders accurately, send order confirmations and invoices and support with any ad hoc queries
  • Support the team in hosting appointments for VIP customers in Paris and London

  • Work with the sales and marketing team to help create any physical and digital sales assets that are required ahead of Collection sales in Paris

  • Support the sales team in updating the sales reports to help generate insight for future collection development

  • Produce bi-annual competitive review reports to provide key benchmarking information against Toogood’s key competitors

  • Support the sales and logistics team during the distribution period, liaise with clients on deliveries and order queries.

E-commerce

  • Provide excellent customer service on any sizing or product queries.

  • Liaise with the distribution centre to address any shipping issues, as well as organise and track returns/exchanges updating relevant stock.

  • Provide assistance with online visual merchandising / re-organising of collections based on sales or newness.

  • Work with the sales team to execute in-season trades with wholesale partners

  • Assist e-commerce manager with product data for new collection launches.

  • Assist e-commerce manager with e-commerce shoots

 

Furniture and objects

  • Provide excellent admin support throughout the whole sales cycle from initial enquiry through to logistics and after sales care

  • Follow up on all FTF and homeware customer queries; raise and send quotes and sales orders and update sales tracker

  • Chase payments when necessary and update on sales tracker

  • Arrange all sample shipments to clients

Operations

  • Liaise with finance to ensure all payments are paid quickly, and tracked and allocated accurately

Archive Sales

  • Work with our e-commerce manager on our excess stock inventory, identifying relevant sample sales for stock to be sold and preparing the stock appropriately.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Proactive, good organisational skills and time management

  • Ability to work with Google drive, Microsoft Office, Zedonk, Shopify, Unleashed, NuOrder (full training to be provided)

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
